How it works
Share information with us in confidence. Decide separately whether to take part in any legal action.
1. Create your account
Enter an email address you control. We will send you a sign-in link that expires after 15 minutes. You do not need a password or access to your Mercor account.
2. Tell us about your work
Describe your projects, hours, pay and working arrangements. Answer as accurately as you can and mark estimates where appropriate. You can upload supporting documents now or add them later.
3. Save your answers
Choose “Save and continue” or “Save and leave” on each form page. You can sign in again to return to your saved answers.
4. Submit your information
Review your answers and send them to us. We may ask for more details. You can update your answers or add documents later.
Legal deadlines
Registering does not file a legal claim, notify Acas or suspend a deadline. Seek advice promptly if you may wish to bring a claim; do not wait for our investigation. Read more about deadlines.
What you are agreeing to
Your information helps us understand how Mercor work was arranged and paid, even if you never take part in legal proceedings. Registering helps us see how many people may be affected and plan any proceedings. If people later choose to act together, they may be able to share costs and negotiate from a stronger position. We cannot promise any outcome.
Registering or submitting information does not notify Mercor or give it access to your account or submission. We will not contact Mercor about you or share your identity or information with Mercor without your express consent, unless required by law.
If proceedings are proposed, we may share your contact details with our legal partner so they can explain your options. Speaking with them does not oblige you to join. We will not start legal proceedings in your name or include you in a claim without your separate, express consent. You can decide not to take part.
